Entry Requirements

As mentioned, we provide a fully comprehensive training, so you just need to bring:


  • A strong academic background, up to and including degree-level.
  • Highly personable and self-driven learner, eager to be constantly developing your skills.
  • Drawn to problem solving, with a great eye for detail.
  • Have strong written & verbal communication and Mathematics skills.
  • A drive to build a career with a firm that will give you the support and opportunity you need to succeed.

Application process and induction

The process is short and sweet, you submit a short online application, we hold an initial call with you for just to find out more about you…no tricky questions, we invite you to an assessment centre where you can find out more about us, we make you an offer straight after! Our start date is 4th September 2024, when you will spend two days expenses paid with everyone else on your 2024 cohort for your induction then you get to join your team!
