What our apprentices say about the programme

Umar Khan – Insolvency Administrator

"The best thing about studying an apprenticeship at K3/Quantuma is the career progression, opportunities and the rewards you receive. For example, bonuses for exam passes and opportunities to move to higher apprenticeships after completing your current apprenticeship. I have been given the opportunity to go onto an ACA apprenticeship after successfully completing an AAT apprenticeship. Also, I enjoy completing an apprenticeship because we have a team member who is designated to help me with any issues I have throughout the course of my apprenticeships. During my apprenticeship, I have had many issues with exam bookings which were all resolved straight away. Moreover, K3/Quantuma apprenticeships allowed me to gain practical work experience and have allowed me to progress in my insolvency career more quickly as I have been promoted to an Insolvency administrator within the short time I have been working at this firm. Furthermore, I have been provided with multiple training opportunities like webinars, external training courses and networking events which have allowed me to develop my technical and communication skills".

Emily Hayward – Assistant Administrator

‘From the start, the support Quantuma has provided has been excellent and colleagues quickly made me feel very welcome. I love the variety of tasks which I have been able to complete, and every day is different. Quantuma have helped me with both my personal and professional development enabling me to progress in my role and on my apprenticeship course. Quantuma have gone above and beyond with supporting and guiding me through my apprenticeship.’

Nathan Bowles – Assistant Administrator

“I enjoy being able to work and learn at the same time as it feels like a between, allowing me to get comfortable with working while being able to study as a breather since it’s what I know and am used to. Everyone is very nice, and my mentor is always willing to help when there is something I don’t understand which helps me do better.”
