  • Telephone supportan independent, confidential, and unlimited 24/7 service, provided by qualified specialist professionals who offer practical advice on stress, anxiety, and many other well-being issues.
  • Immediate crisis intervention: provided through telephone counselling teams supported by clinical supervisors.
  • Bereavement support: access to specialist professionals, who provide emotional support to help with grief, feelings of loss or anxiety and related stress.
  • Face-to-face supporta bereavement-support service including face-to-face counselling, providing emotional support to deal with grief, anxiety, and bereavement-related stress. This service also provides practical help with legal issues such as wills, power of attorney, state benefits, debt management and dependent care.
